Terms of Use
These terms explain what the tracker is, what it is not, and who is responsible for what.
Last updated: July 19, 2026.
Data Breach Settlements is operated by Press Pause Garage LLC. By using the site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
What this site is and is not
The site is an independent informational tracker. It is not legal advice, is not affiliated with any settlement administrator, and does not replace the official settlement documents or advice from a qualified attorney. No attorney-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship is created by using the site or contacting us.
We do not receive claims, decide eligibility, guarantee payment, or represent any class member. Always verify deadlines, eligibility, proof requirements, and filing instructions on the official administrator site.
Accuracy, verification dates, and no warranty
We aim to use reliable sources and display when each settlement was last verified. Settlement terms, deadlines, court orders, and administrator pages can change after that date. A last-verified date is a process record, not a guarantee of continuing accuracy.
The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Press Pause Garage LLC, the site, its authors, and its contributors are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of or reliance on the site, including a missed deadline, rejected claim, lost benefit, disclosure of information to a third party, or decision made from a listing. If liability is found despite this limitation, aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid to use the site, which is zero. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Outbound and affiliate links
Third-party sites have their own terms, privacy practices, security, and content. A link does not make us responsible for the destination. Affiliate relationships, when active, are disclosed near the link and described in the disclaimer and disclosure statement.
Using our content
The site’s original writing, presentation, and compiled editorial work are owned by Press Pause Garage LLC. You may quote limited passages with attribution and a link. You may not republish pages or systematically reproduce the compiled tracker without permission. Settlement documents, company names, and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Marion County, Florida, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised terms.
