Corrections Policy

A wrong deadline can cause someone to miss a claim. We investigate specific reports against official sources and correct confirmed errors promptly.

Report an error

Email corrections@databreachsettlements.comwith:

• the URL of the listing;
• the specific deadline, eligibility rule, payout, source, or link you believe is wrong;
• the official administrator page, settlement document, or court filing that supports the correction; and
• the date you observed the discrepancy.

Do not send a notice ID, Social Security number, claim form, loss document, or other sensitive personal information.

How we review reports

We compare a report against the official administrator site and, when needed, settlement documents or court records. We do not treat an aggregator’s summary as controlling when an official source is available. If an official URL cannot be verified, we remove or withhold the filing link rather than guess.

What happens after confirmation

We correct the listing, update its last-verified date, and review other pages that reuse the same information. Material corrections are recorded below. Minor spelling, formatting, and link-label changes may be made without a log entry.
