Information we collect

The site has no user accounts and does not accept settlement claims. We do not ask you to upload breach notices, loss documents, Social Security numbers, claim IDs, or payment information.

If you email us, we receive the address and information you choose to send. We use it to answer the message, review a correction, or maintain the correspondence. Do not email sensitive claim documents or identity information.

Local storage

The light/dark theme control stores your preference in your browser’s local storage. That value stays on your device and is used only to display the selected theme.

Hosting and technical logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process standard request information such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, and timestamp for delivery, security, and abuse prevention. Cloudflare’s handling is governed by its own privacy policy.

Analytics, advertising, and cookies

We do not currently run behavioral advertising, cross-site tracking pixels, or an analytics service, and we do not set marketing cookies. If that changes, this policy will name the service and describe the data involved before or when it is enabled.

Official and affiliate links

When you follow a link to an administrator, source, or affiliate partner, that third party can receive ordinary referral and request data. Information you provide after leaving this site is governed by the destination’s privacy policy, not this one. Verify the domain before submitting personal information.

Sale and sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not maintain claimant profiles.

Children

The site is intended for adults evaluating legal settlement information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
